Founding sponsorship,
at an early-audience price.

servicedeskagents.com is an independent enterprise reference for AI service desk platforms: published rates, quote-only estimates flagged as estimates, and deflection benchmarks reconciled against independent sources. It is early. The audience is growing fast and is still small, the numbers below say exactly how small, and the founding rate reflects that rather than pretending otherwise.

Audience, measured

The honest version of the numbers

Google Search Console for the 28 days from 17 August to 13 September 2026, and GA4 for the last 28 days. These are the only traffic figures we quote, here or in any pack.

Search impressions
12,990
Up 46% from 8,898 in the prior period
Average position
16.5 to 15.2
Improving, still short of page one
Sessions (GA4)
371
Raw count, quoted for completeness
Engaged sessions
94
The number worth buying against
P3 / NOTE

Why two session numbers. We quote engaged sessions alongside the raw count because raw session counts on reference sites are inflated by automated traffic. Buy against the engaged figure and treat the raw one as a ceiling rather than an audience.

Who reads it

Enterprise IT leaders, service desk owners and procurement, working out what an AI service desk actually costs and what deflection rate is credible. The queries that surface the site are named-vendor pricing questions, which is what people search once a decision is live.

What we are not claiming

This is not a large audience yet. Average position is still 15.2, so most of those impressions are people scrolling past rather than clicking. What is worth something is the direction, the specificity of the queries, and the fact that the slot is uncontested today.

The offer

One category sponsor, clearly labelled

Not one of several, not a rotation, not a network slot. While a sponsor holds the category, no competitor in that category can buy space on the site.

Where it appears
  • + A clearly labelled sponsor strip, marked as sponsorship in plain language.
  • + A sponsor note on the ROI calculator and other tool pages.
Where it never appears
  • Inside a data table.
  • On a study, benchmark or reference page.
  • Anywhere near the figures themselves.

// Nothing is running yet. The site carries no sponsor strip today. Placement is built and shipped when a sponsorship is agreed, not before.

Non-negotiable

The rules

These are the terms, and they are also the pitch. A reference people trust is the whole asset. A sponsorship that bent any of this would be buying something less valuable than the thing it was aiming at.

RefRuleWhat it means in practice
R1Sponsorship never changes a numberNo price, deflection benchmark, ranking, comparison or conclusion on this site moves because of a sponsorship. Not up, not down, and not by leaving something out.
R2Every figure keeps its citationEach figure stays attached to its dated primary source, and that link stays live and public. Sponsorship does not remove, soften or bury a citation. Vendor-stated numbers stay flagged as vendor-stated.
R3Sponsors are disclosedEvery page carrying a sponsor's name says so, in plain language, where a reader actually sees it. Sponsor links carry rel="sponsored".
R4Graded vendors cannot sponsorA vendor whose own pricing this site grades head-to-head cannot sponsor it. Every AI ITSM platform compared on these pages is off the table by design.
Who R4 leaves

Companies selling into this audience without being graded against each other on these pages: knowledge management and content tooling, identity and access platforms, observability and monitoring vendors, workforce and scheduling software, and consultancies running ITSM implementations.
